Plans & Subscriptions
Can different users in the same organization have different subscriptions?
Yes, organizations can mix and match plans based on their needs. For example, an organization could have 2 FREE users, 10 PLUS users, and 2 PRO usersāall within the same workspace.
What happens to users without a paid subscription?
Users without a paid plan can still access TestFirst with our FREE plan indefinitely. This allows individuals and small teams to continue using the platform without requiring upgrades unless needed.
Do you offer discounts for startups or non-profits?
Yes! Weāre passionate about supporting early-stage startups and non-profits. If you qualify, reach out to our team to discuss potential discounts or special offers.
Cloud Credits
How do cloud credits work, and do they count per user?
Cloud credits are granted per paid user and pooled for the entire organization. For example, if you have 2 PRO users, you would receive 1200 credits (600 credits each), which any eligible user in the organization can use.
Can I top up cloud credits, and do they expire?
Yes, you can top up cloud credits anytime, without needing to wait for your current credits to deplete. Credits never expire, so you can use them whenever you need. Each credit costs 1 cent, with a minimum top-up of 600 credits ($6).
Are cloud credits added monthly, and what happens to them if I cancel my subscription?
Cloud credits are added incrementally each month or year, based on the billing period of your subscription. For example, one PRO seat of a monthly subscription would add 600 credits each month on the billing date. If you cancel your subscription, any remaining credits will stay in your organization balance and can be used later, provided there are other active PRO subscriptions in the organization or if you later purchase a new PRO subscription.

What is a service user, and do they need a paid subscription?
A service user runs and reports automated tests on the cloud and requires either a PRO or ULTIMATE subscription.
Can FREE or PLUS users run automated tests using a service user?
Yes, FREE or PLUS users can queue and run automated tests on the cloud using a service user.
Does the 10-test parallelization limit apply per user or organization?
The 10-test parallelization limit applies at the organization level, not per individual user running automated tests.
Refund Policy
What is your refund policy?
Payments for TestFirst subscriptions are non-refundable. However, we offer a fair price policy with cloud credits. If youāre in a region with mandatory refund policies, such as the European Union or United Kingdom, please contact us at support@testfirst.com, and weāll assist you.
Are cloud credits refundable?
No, cloud credits are non-refundable. However, they do not expire and can be used by any PRO seat in the organization. Even when PRO subscription expires, cloud credits remain, and become usable once a new PRO subscription is purchased.
Fair Billing Policy
TestFirst offers flexible billing options: instead of charging for all seats at the organization level, you only pay for seats on paid plans. Additionally, with TestFirst, cloud usage for automated tests is billed based on actual usage, ensuring you only pay for what you need.
